Today, we go over an evidence based warm up routine that will properly prepare your body for physical activity! A proper warm up routine is often overlooked. Without warming up our bodies properly we leave ourselves at an increased risk for injury and limit our performance drastically. This routine was specifically designed for my athletes in the clinic for the purpose of injury prevention and helping them achieve peak performance during sport.
